"My family and I loved this hotel"

"My reason for booking the hotel was the price and the proximity to city walk. After staying there i am even more amazed. We had a huge 2 bedded room which in the UK summer holidays averages out to just over £120 a night if staying a week. But for larger families the two room suite which sleeps up to 2 adults and 4 kids is £140!!! Rooms have a good sized refrigerator and suites have a kitchenette too. Supermarkets are a short uber drive away. Within easy walking distance are a Walgreens and a few restaurants. The food courts sells a great range of food and especially good pizza. The buses to city walk are fabulous. I had forgotten that there is a pool for each block because we never went to the other side. Its a beautiful area with lots of sunbeds. It backs onto a lake and there are picnic tables you can sit at. There's also a guest laundry so you don't have to take clothes to last the whole holiday. We only had a car for one day to go further away because you really don't need one. I would say its the best hotel for a reasonably priced holiday. We used the Wyndham Garden lake for our other stay. Not quite as new as this hotel but less than 10 mins walk from Disney springs and reasonable prices. "

"Our only issue was that we arrived a few hours before check in time and were told no rooms were availble. We checked back every hour as told by staff. A room was made available to a travelling companion which was fine but we saw two other griops get rooms that came after us and we had to wait longer. Not sure of the circumstances but this let us wondering why we did not get a room even though we had inquired before others"

"Clean room, about 15 minute drive from universal, lots of food options close by, for me the beds aren't the mos comfortable to sleep on but gets the job done "

"Elevator broken .. had to wait about ten Minutes to get the elevator. And the smell of weed it was a lot in the pool with little kids "

"After leaving the motel 6 i found this hotel and this place is complete heaven! Very clean and nice. The tv/internet was down so they gave me a free breakfast coupon. I was fine with that"

"The lady who checked me in at night was such a sweetheart. Was having and issue with my card and she was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again"

"Very bad experience, we stayed with our kids at this hotel and there was smell of marijuana for 2 days and night time too. We called the front desk to advice them and they said “they would send security” and we have yet to receive our deposit back."
